I would very much appreciate learning if you are aware of any 3rd party property managers that outsource their maintenance techs from a Property Maintenance Company.  Meaning a Property Manager who provides all the traditional services but the Maintenance Techs are technically employees of the Property Maintenance Company who then is responsible for all the challenges of hiring/firing, oversight and all the other issues involved with having employees.

(If the answer is no, please do not respond with why you don't think this could work.  We are only looking for proof of concept here.)

Post: Finding Properties with No Existing Mortgage

Is anyone familiar with an efficient way to determine which properties on the market for sale have no existing mortgages?  I understand you can ask the title company to run a preliminary title search but I'd ideally like a way to efficiently scan the marketplace and sort out those properties with no current mortgage.  Any ideas?  Beau
