I am in need of a 203k lender for a property near Tampa Florida. Has anyone in the area successfully closed on a property using such a lender?

Why not take out the 8% off the top, and then split the remaining equity accordingly?

Mark Gruetzmacher I'm helping my in laws acquire a place for them to live in. It's possible that I could buy it as investment and let them live there, but I believe (would have to verify) that the park doesn't allow rentals.

All, I'm buying a mobile home in a park with seller financing. Would someone please describe the necessary steps that should be taken to safely and legally close the transaction, including steps to make monthly payments to the current owner. Thanks!
