Greg,

What part about sherriff's sales is most appealing to you? It can be broken down into several differnet phases and there are ways to make bank during each.

Greg,

When I got started in foreclosures, I constantly knocked on doors. It was the primary reason for my success after biting the bullet and getting over talking with people in foreclosure.

If you have a redemption period, take advantage of it before someone else does!

1. What was your first deal?
-> A sub-to that I spent 2 months rehabbing
2. What were your goals when you first started out?
-> match my income as a concrete finisher
3. How did the deal end up?
-> made approx $10K for 2 months of solid work :oops:
4. What kind of deals are you doing now?
-> primarily tax foreclosures
5. How is what you are doing now different from what your goals were when you started?
-> work a LOT less while banking a LOT more
6. Is there any advice that you would have given yourself when you first started to help yourself from making a mistake or wrong decision?
-> focus on one type of deal until you master it and don't try to do everything yourself.

Hi,

My name is Brian Wilkinson and I'm a serial investor.
"HI, Brian". :lol:

I posted some of my background on my bio but just wanted to drop in and say hello.

While I have a place in Denver, I spend most of my time in other cities or flying down to Mexico. I'm somewhat addicted to diving since getting into it last year and spend almost as much time in the water as out!

Focus on tax foreclosures these days pretty much exclusively (at least 85-90%) in a few different states. No conventional "go to the auction" plain vanilla type of stuff.

Look forward to participating and hopefully can contribute to the forums here.

Brian
