I recently funded a wholesaler's purchase for a fee. Since they did not want to disclose how much they were making in the deal they opted for a double closing. 

Is this common practice? I am able to fund many more. If any wholesalers out there are doing double closings and need funds to purchase the transaction. Let me know.

Only invest in good neighborhoods or RUN AWAY. the prices might be enticing, but it won't be worth it in the end.

Hi Brian, everyone on this thread has great input! Ocala is definitely growing and can get great deals in comparison to the rest of FL. We are currently building many investment Single Family Homes on independent lots that focus on maximizing rent.
