You really should be consulting with your lawyer on this matter. It also depends on which state you are in. Every state has their own laws in regards to property and splitting the assets and liabilities. At the very least Google your state laws regarding divorce and the splitting of property. Good luck!

So my thoughts...Naval Base Kitsap just had the Nimitz dock instead of in Everett for the time being. Those saolors need a place to lay their head. Many of their families are in the Everett area. This happened a couple months back though. Olympic College is constantly growing and a pretty good college. The area is situated in between a couple major military bases. Also rentals in the area are limited there just don't seem to ever be enough casing more people to branch out and commute from further communities such as Poulsbo and Silverdale rather than just being close to base/school. Lastly Bremerton is starting to go through, or has been, going through a revitalization i.e. downtown, the dock, and it's expanding out from there. Thoughts? or does this just sound absurd? lol

HI All!

My names Brandon! I am eager and excited to be apart of this community! I have been listening to podcast after podcast. It started with Real Estate Investing Mastery, then to Epic Real Estate Investing, and then on to Bigger Pockets! Brandon and Josh your interviews on these podcasts are defintely working at adding listeners!  I've also reading, reading, reading. I have started looking for properties and am mainly interested in the Port Orchard and Bremerton area and interested in multi family units. Has anyone here had much experience in this area and can make any suggestions on what to look for?
