Thank you for the personal response Brandon! I am really enthralled with BP, digging in and exploring the site as I am brand new to REI. The purpose of my membership is to look for general guidance on buying my first rental property in MN :) and after that maybe I'll be qualified to offer guidance!

My name is Ben, I'm a U of Minnesota Alumni and am working full time as a project manager in the printing industry. I'm 25 years old and my plan is to purchase a duplex, triplex, or quadplex in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area to own and rent. I'm actively looking for a property.

I have no previous experience in REI or property ownership and am here to learn from the ground up.
