Hi Bayo. I haven't worked with clients that far west. Most of my clients stop in Douglasville, Carrollton and Villa Rica. When you stay you're looking to invest, the first question is "in what"? Would it make sense to develop a 200 unit apartment complex if the census data says people are leaving Bremen and not moving there? Does I-20 run through Bremen? Maybe you can find a flat piece of land and develop a truck and recreational lot for the HOA communities that don't allow 18 wheelers or RVs to be parked within the community. Knowing your investment strategy will help you decide if Bremen is the right market to achieve your goals.
