Hi my name is Bayleigh and I am a new investor. I recently purchased my first buy and hold property in Northern New Jersey and I am currently looking for my second.

I have a full time corporate job but my true passion is real estate. My goal is to become financially independent within 10 years.

So excited to be apart of this community and learn about different strategies.
