@Wendy Schultz what was your ramp up time to profitability? And what city are you in? I'm looking at getting an apartment to do STR in Chicago and this I am realizing I haven't considered this variable much. I anticipate 2-4 weeks of prep time for me to furnish and set up utilities. Any more advice you could offer on that hurdle would be great!
