Does anyone have any review information on the reia in Akron Ohio I been twice but just not what I expected as far as learning experience I don't won't to pay to join if I won't get these best learning experience

Is there anyone doing wholesell deals in akron who can give advice on how to get started please I'm starting to feel like I need a mentor to show me the ropes but cat find one

Jonathan that's a great tip I also listen to motivational speakers to keep my mind on my goal which is buying this house and not spending money on silly stuff like you stated

@Brandon I want to get 1or 2 bedroom so that I can live in with my girlfriend and we can use the money we pay in rent can go to something we own and keep and build equity but I wanna wholesell and use some of that money to get some buy and hold properties but I work for cox communications so talking to people is real easy for me since I work in the tech support department and when you deal with upset costumers is very important to build report and trust so that they know I will do everything i can to solve there problem and that should give me a advantage when speaking to seller's and buyer's

Albert as newbie my self that makes sense now if I was the wholeseller and you were interested in the deal why not negotiate on a non refundable fee after you preform your own due diligence but as the wholeseler I feel like if you are going to have other investors looking into the deal then I should give u a time frame to due your due diligence so im not wasting time on your yea/nae am I right
