Hi, I have a lot of equity on one rental property, if I do a cash-out refinance or get an equity loan and use the cash to pay off the mortgage of another investment property or buy a new investment property, would I be able to deduct the entire mortgage interest of the loan?

:) I dont know what to look for. I wanna make sure they have enough reserve funds but there’s a lot of information here and factors that should be considered. It will take couple days to see a laywer, was wondering if there’s any online services that can give a faster response

I recently made an offer on a condo and it was accepted and I still have only two days to review the HOA financial documents. Do you know whats the fastest way to get this done?
