Hi everybody, I’m in the process of buying my first investment property. I’m doing it the traditional way with a mortgage. My lender is Charging $600 for the appraisal, does this sound high to you guys? It sound high to me. By the way it is a single family home in Tampa, fl.

Hi i been looking for my first deal in the Hillsborough county, fl area for  two month now and nothing yet. My question is what else can i do (other than searching online and driving around) to find my first deal? Thanks for the reply.

Hi im new in the flipping business i just have a question, how do you guys pay a contractor when doing a rehab? do you pay all at ones or pay by hours? sorry for my ignorance and thanks for the reply's.
