Howdy everyone. Just to finish off the story there was something of a reconciliation and the work is done.

It had me doing a bunch of it which is what I was trying to avoid.

Anyway, I appreciate everyone that responded. I will keep this thread and maybe hit some of you up for your contractors on the next project.

Thanks,

Bart

Hello everyone - I'm obviously new to BP. I've been enjoying the podcasts as I renovate the latest single family home I've purchased. I had a contractor helping me that is walking away because there's another job that's more lucrative. His timing to walk away leaves me holding the bag on a half finished bathroom project, and a few odds and ends to finish. I'm guessing it's 2 to 3 days worth of work. A little of this and a little of that. Light electrical, light plumbing, light light construction. All stuff I can actually do, I just don't have the time right now.

While I'd like to get into a discussion about the contractor that is walking out I really am focused on finding one that's willing to walk in. If you have a recommendation of a reliable contractor in the Appleton, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Green Bay area I'd happily give them some work.

Thanks in advance. Hope you're all enjoying another beautiful Wisconsin spring!

Thanks,
Bart
