I was presented with the Renatis plan also. I would have only done the $2000 Essentials program and split that with a partner. $1000 Investment for me and the community that comes with it.

Since you don’t recommend this kind of thing what would you recommend for someone starting out who wants mentorship?

for a cuople grand and you split it that seems very doable.. Just dont want to blow 20 to 40k ifyou dont have that money and its just a small fraction of your cash reserves.

I have been using Stessa (assets spelled backwards) for a couple years for accounting related to my SFR and Duplexes and overall I'm content with it. I just did trials of Buildium, Yardi Breeze and DoorLoop to possibly switch into them for full property management. I still think that Stessa is much better for the price (free) than those expensive integrated solutions.

I’m also looking into buildium and doorloop - what did you pick ?
