I'd like to attend. I went to last year's conference in Nashville. It was a lot of fun, learned a ton, and met great people. Unfortunately though, due to COVID-19 I'm not planning to attend this year's event in New Orleans. Hopefully next year the situation will be much safer. Everyone stay safe and adhere to all medical guidelines.

I like the new rental property calculator. However, there are two issues in particular that I would like to address. I was able to put my company logo on the pdf report with the old calculator. I don't see how to do that with the new calculator. Is that no longer an option?

I also noticed that the expenses are not calculated correctly. The monthly expenses at the top of the report do not match the expenses in the pie chart for the expenses. For example, I ran a report that showed the monthly expenses at $1391.78 but the pie chart has the expenses at $1371.67 which is correct. The monthly cash flow at the top of the report does come out correct though. Anybody else notice this discrepancy or am I missing something?

I clicked on the link for the spreadsheet and got the following error message:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi Mark,

It's good to see a local here. I'm in the Tampa Bay area. I would suggest doing some self education. Start by reading Brandon Turner's book titled The Book on Rental Property Investing. I would also suggest hanging out with other real estate investors. Two great groups are the Tampa REIA and the Suncoast REIA. I am a member of both. I hope this helps. Hope to see you one day.

Thanks Benjamin for taking time to review my calculation. It is much appreciated. This is my first deal and still unsure about estimating costs and fees. Your input is very valuable.
