Can you elaborate on selecting areas . I now that picking the right area and location plays a big role in one's success.

I see some really good deals on some flip house ,but not sure if the area is good. Don't want to fix and not be able to turn.

Yes sir the two Fannie Mae homes is the properties I was looking at . What Is your take on the area would this be a ideal flip or would you pass on this?

Hello Micheal I'm also from Texas lived there all my life until two years ago I moved to Mississippi because my wife's mother needed help . I'm a pipefitter by trade and currently working in new Orleans . The info is very helpful . I'm by far not going to give up . I'm just trying to learn everything I can so I can be the best. Hello my name is Barry Im a pipefitter by trade . I want to get started in realestate and will do what it takes to succeed . I'm a honest hard working husband and a proud father to a 5 month old baby boy. I want to do this for my family and my self . Im tired of spending all my time at work and not getting see my son grow. I really need and want to learn how to get started flipping houses or wholesale
