Hello To everyone in the bigger pockets community  I have been reading different forums I posted a question to the community and even reached out to a few members to connect. But I think now maybe the best time to officially to come out of my shell and introduce myself. My name is Barry Hinds I am from Brooklyn New York I am looking looking to connect not just with Members in NYC but everywhere in the community . I’ve heard that hard money lenders won’t loan on 100% of the purchase price. But I’ve also seen some posts and have heard on podcasts where the borrower was able to purchase properties using hard money without using any of their own funds which one is true?
