Have some Junk land in rural areas some not buildable or landlocked is there anyway to hold on to it and monetize it.  

Would it have been worth to flip it, as is, selling it for 25k to someone with more experience?

We are currently looking to get single family homes.  what are the current markets and areas for property flippers?

HOA fees and initiation fees keep going up, any other ideas?

Its not an issue with the price but more so a lack of interest because of the high HOA fees. The nearby properties are sitting as well.

Hi, currently own some properties mostly empty lots with high HOA fees. The properties are listed to sell but no one seems to bite due to the high cost.

 Has anyone been in a similar situation? What options do I have?

Its in the Shaker heights neighborhood, currently vacant HOA fees $2600

I have a condo unit  was appraised at 31k holding is at $4500 annually what do you believe the resell value would be for a quick sale. Is there any chance for it to go up in value. Not interested in tenants.
