Being a very green in real estate investing. I would invest in two 4 plexes using BRRR to have cash flow on a monthly basis. Then i would just find Flip after Flip to keep building capital.

Hello Barbara and John Turner. I am a payroll administrator for a construction company. My husband John is a residential subcontractor. We have been living in Statesville, NC16 years. We are interested in learning how to flip houses and investing in rentals down the road. We have no real estate experience.
