Thanks for your response and invitation to the next investor meetup, which sounds great - but we will be in San Diego with our daughter and granddaughter from Oct. 1 -10, so we will have to miss it this month.

Yes, Lee does know your wife, and he thinks she is great. We would love to meet for coffee at your convenience after we both return from the mainland.

We will keep the investors club in mind - but on Saturday mornings at 8 am at this time of year we call our son in Prague so we can talk with him and his family. When the time changes we sometimes move that call to Friday evening, so depending on when time change is this year, we may be able to make the November investors meeting.

Mike, thank you so much for your response!  I am very interested in hearing more about your experience with self storage syndications and Cedar Creek Capital. I would love to meet for coffee sometime, and I would invite my husband to join us. We live in Kihei now since the Lahaina fire destroyed our home, office and an investment condo. I'm interested in investing in self storage as a passive investor. We have invested in mobile home and multi-family syndications, and we want to diversify into a different segment with good cash flow and some growth opportunities. We are accredited investors and real estate brokers, and we are in our 70's, and we live in Maui. Has anyone in this group had success with self storage syndications?
