I would recommend two really good lunches, one at Denny's on Oakland Park and Powerline, every Thursday at noon.  $5 charge plus lunch.

Every Wednesday at noon, ABC Chinese in Deerfield Beach, $5 charge plus lunch.

SFH available in fast growing neighborhood in Ft Lauderdale. Collect good cash flow while property value appreciates. Minor rehab needed to maintain as a rental. Ability to increase rents by converting to a 3/1 by adding a closet in one of the rooms.
