I haven’t seen posts about the short term rentals. Is the problem only in Florida?

We self manage six rentals in Florida. All of our year round tenants have paid early or on time but our AirBnB has been empty since March. We paid full refunds to our people who cancelled during Covid but we are looking at an empty rental probably until season in January. 

All (90%) of Denham flooded. Be very careful. 

I have never been involved in something like this, but recently my husband and I stayed in a timeshare condo where the owners used a motel to remodel the rooms ( two rooms made into one large space) into large, comfortable suites. it worked out very well for us in Florida.
