Hey everyone,

quick question and i'm not sure if it varies upon area but what is the percentage you use in your MAO formula. Is the percentage 70% across the board for investors? I've been told some investors will pay more (and go up to 80%) if they are planning to hold the property and use it for a rental. Any answers would be greatly appreciated! Hoping to make a deal soon!

Thank you!

Hello,

I am trying to educate myself on the different kinds of closing such as wholesaling, subject to hold, wrap, etc. I went to a seminar and he had a list up of different forms of deals however, I wasnt able to write them all down. If anyone can give me a quick list that would be great. I'm wanting to gain knowledge in multiple deal types with hopes that it will broaden my range in possible leads. Thank you!

Hello,

I am currently in the process of finding a home for contract. I am trying to find different ways of building a cash buyer list as well to help keep me going once I  make my first deal.  I came across the website "My house deals" that provides cash buyer list with a membership. I looked at reviews and they are pretty back and fourth, more good reviews than bad but I wanted to see if anyone on here has any personal reviews in regards to the cash buyers list on the website and if it has helped them. Any other tips and recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a great day everyone!
