Hello all! 

I have this potential investment deal but I'm in a bind right now. I can't get a pre-approval letter at the moment because of the gov shutdown. I'm military and currently can not forward my pay stub to the lender. Take a look at the deal and if anyone is interested in getting it, shoot me a message and I can fill you in on more of the property and the place!
