I just put one in my new house in Florida. It really does a great job saving energy costs. I live alone and travel a lot. This thermostat will pay for itself in a few months. It's truly a set it and forget it type of device.

Looking to do buy and hold right now. Just bought my first house today. Now as nervous as a cat. Now I've got to get it rented out. Great Site BTW! I've been reading things off of it every day. The Podcasts are absolutely tremendous. It's easy to think you're the only one out there.
