Hi,

This is my first time doing a full rehab on a property. I would like to get some advice on how to find a contractor or builder who can help us through this project. I reached out to few custom home builders in the area with no response from them yet. Would appreciate if someone could share their thoughts or ideas on how to go about with this project.
