Hello everyone, I’m now a brand new agent licensed in the Northern Va area and I was wondering if without giving away your super secretive tactics how do you all look for investor clients looking to buy or sell. I’m sure meetups and Facebook groups are a great place to start and I’m starting to get into those but I was just looking for any other advice from anyone willing to contribute

Thanks for your time

I just recently passed the VA realtor exam and was wondering what made people choose a certain brokerage to work with, and what sort of qualities they looked for in one versus another

Seeking like minded individuals in Maryland and greater DMV area to come together as young professionals in real estate and help each other grow. right now i've just been learning about investing while studying to get my realtor license in Northern VA but I feel like networking is the next step in order to help me get a head start in being an agent and long term my goal of being an investor. So if you're in the DMV area and a young investor seeking some peers welcome feel free to shoot me a reply so we can connect and get to know each other more and hopefully grow together. thanks for your time everyone.

@Jasper Saberi just wanted to follow up with you since I’m from the silver spring area I wanted to know what you experience was getting into real estate and how far you feel like you’ve progressed at the moment.

I was wondering what made people choose commercial over residential real estate and vice versa. I’m new to real estate and have not done any deals yet but I wanted to see what made people chose where to put their energy into.
