Hey everyone! We are starting an investor meet-up in Warrensburg, MO every 2nd Friday and would love all in the area to come on out. Our first meet-up will be March 10th, 5:30pm at Taqueria Habana in downtown Warrensburg. Come hungry, ready to mingle and learn!! There will be a presentation on house hacking in a pretty casual enviroment with some amazing tacos. No gimicks and no self-promoting. Just come eat some food and gain some insights from everyone. :) 

Looking to do a 1031 Exchange with a property we are selling! Does anyone have any recommendations of a good company to use?

@Anthoney Hanks I always love meeting fellow Texans! Thank you for the welcome and wishes. I see you're from Forney! I actually grew up not far from there in Rockwall. I played softball against their HS!  How is Forney now a days?

I figured it's about time I introduce myself to this amazing platform! My name is Bailea Kelley and I currently reside in Central Missouri! Originally from Texas; however, the Navy brought an amazing Missourian man into my life and once we both ended our active duty time we moved to his home state. Real Estate and investing were never in my mind until an amazing opportunity fell into our lap. My husband got his real estate license once we moved to MO. This opened up a door for both him and I to become a part of an amazing Property Management group and construction company! The owners of Pioneer Property Management Group, LLC and Pioneer Properties, LLC have became our best mentors. They introduced us to the investment bug and Bigger Pockets and we are HOOKED! Being a part of a company that eats, sleeps and breathes knowledge of Real Estate, Investing and construction has been the best thing for us. So of course how could we not jump into the awesomeness of what is Real Estate Investing.

Since Josh and I have started our investing journey (thanks to Tammy and Bryant, mentioned above) we have partnered on a flip, purchased our first flip together in Warrensburg, MO (GO MULES!), and have 5 rentals lined up to purchase. This has been all in the last 3 months! It's a whirlwind, but man is it fun!   

I can't wait to see where this journey takes us in the years to come!
