My fiancé just received notice from his landlord that he’s needing to sell the commercial space he’s leasing. The government is offering the landlord x20 more than what he’s paid for. My fiancé’s lease was up 5 days ago. I’ve been licensed since April of 2019 so kinda a newbie. I  would like to know what legal advantages does my fiancé have?
