I know there will be a lot of variance on this topic and I know that utility companies vary by name all over the US. For as much as I deal with real estate and properties, I feel i need to be more knowledgable regarding utility companies. On the utilities you pay, what type of rates are you looking for. Often times, no name companies will offer up good service, are they legit? What the best way to save money on utilities and what are you doing for the utilities that you are paying the bills on.......

Dont discount the possibility that the roof was replaced and no permit was pulled. It would be odd to replace an 11 yr old roof but not say you might be in a tornado/hurricane zone...... I would bring it up to the seller and see what they say

In all seriousness, buy 39 tons of pennies from :

Use the storage option until time permits and sell. You are buying an asset that has 50 % instant upside (once the melt ban is lifted). Per coinflation.com

Also, the forecast for copper looks promising with even more upside.

I was looking to split the cost of a Tax Sale list with another investor for the Cook County Tax Sale List in IL that just came out. I would also be willing to pay you if you already have the list, I believe it is an Excel electronic copy. Please let me know, thank you.
