Hi guys,

I am a young real estate professional from Sacramento, CA. I have experience working on the Acquisition Team for Waypoint Homes (REO-to-Rental company now publicly traded NYSE:SWAY) and as the Acquisition Manager turned jack of all trades for AMA construct in Northern California. I have my BRE (bureau of real estate) license in CA and have successfully purchased, extensively renovated, and resold my own personal investment project over a 6 month period. All told I have been the architect of around 300 investment purchases.

I am currently in Marrakech, Morocco and am returning home next week. I have spent close to the last year travelling abroad through South America and North Africa. Upon return I would like to jump right back in to work- I have valuable experience and am rearing to go. My aim is to relocate to Denver, Colorado or Austin Texas. I do not have much of a network in those places, so I am coming here to BP to make my introduction. @Andrew N. We are partnered with people in several places outside of Sacramento. At the moment we have flips going in Orlando, Cleveland, Salt Lake City, Portland, Phoenix, Virginia, Temecula Valley, and San Diego. I started working with this company about 3 months ago. Previously I was working in the Acquisition department at Waypoint Homes, an REO-to-Rental fund that is based out of Oakland, CA.

Hello All-

My name is Barrett, I am new to the forums but have been hooked on the podcast's.

I currently work as an acquisition manager for a flipper based in Sacramento. We operate nationally- in 8 states currently and looking to keep expanding. We love SFR detached units (turning about 15 a month) but will look at anything that seems like a deal. I am always looking for new leads and connections, and have opportunities coming across my desk constantly. We haven't done much wholesaling, but I am looking to get that up and going.
