Hello All, I'm a pretty new investor in the Austin Area. Does anyone have any working knowledge on how to read city plans to forecast for the future?

I'm looking to gauge where the city will be in 20 years.
I'm open to any and all suggestions, the posted city plan is making my head spin.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Austin.

4 beds,3 baths 2,350 sqft, 8,969 sqft lot

This is a single-family residence 15 mins from downtown Austin and 17 minutes from UT Austin. It's also situated close to the tech ridge area.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The Austin area is bursting at the seams with these kind of developments. I wish I had gotten into the market earlier.
