Thank you for your response. Can you send me the URL of an MLS that you use?

Also, can I ask you to advise on this: I am looking for a one bedroom anywhere between Santa Monica to Long Beach. My budget is $300K. Can I realistically find something within 40 blocks of the beach, with a balcony and a parking spot (I will pay additional for the parking spot). 

I am a serious buyer, I work in the TV news industry and I have credit score of close to 730.
