Hi everyone I'm a newbie to the BP Family and I'm proud to be a member. I appreciate you all and I wish you all the best. I'm new in the world of real estate investing and I have to close on any deal yet. My main problem finances and where to get them. But I'm sure with help from my new family here I will succeed like the rest of you. Real estate seems to be fun and I intend to make the best of it. My goals before this year ends is to have $2million to my name. I know it sounds too ambitious but I am so determined I can feel it in my mouth. Happy investing everyone! ☺☺

What other solutions exist where a lender has bad credit and wouldn't want to go to a bank to get rejected but has good deals and is working on their bad credit? Thanks guys.
