Hi! This is my first time posting! I am interested in Wells Fargo REO. The judgement amount for the foreclosure was $234,710 and the transfer amount in the sheriff auction where Well Fargo took ownership was $186,000. We used a local title company to make sure the title is clean. It is listed on auction.com - starting bid is $67,500, last week I bid upto $112,000, I was the highest bidder however did not get the property and it is up for reauction this week. I am suspecting that the reserve is probably set at $186,000. What is good price to bid for this property? Specifically in regards to Wells Fargo and auction.com.
