I wish I had known more about this company before using them so posting here in hopes that this doesn't happen to someone else. Graham Parsons - the national sales director of the company, per his Linkedin profile - is an outright liar and will completely avoid you when caught. I discovered this company was marketing to properties currently on the market, well below the value we set, and numerous properties that had just sold within months. They took thousands of dollars from me and ran. I'm still in shock by how they handled it/didn't handle it. Super gross.

Please reach out.

Hey All,

I am looking for a real estate investor and agent who is actively investing in Maricopa County. I am from NY and looking to get info on areas to invest in mostly multifamily. Open to long term and short term rentals.

I'm not a realtor and never played one on TV.
Multifamily falls into categories, are you looking for 2 to 4 units or 100 to 1,000 units or somewhere in between? Do you want to syndicate or simply own?

Hi Mike, I just sent you a PM. I'm interested in the off market properties you may have around there.
