I'm an investor in single family and multi-family units. Looking to build relationship with an individual wholesaler(or investor friendly agent) that bring good deals, could be long term relationship if right deals are brought. It can be other locations in Florida as well, not necessarily jacksonville. low crime rates in the city, increasing job rates/population
