Hi Everyone!  I am searching for a my first real estate opportunity.  I passed the Virginia Real Estate Salesperson exam last year but I was also laid off from my full time role and couldn't afford the new agency fees and membership. I am looking to move from my career in human resources in to real estate full time.  I am a notary and have taken my title insurance producer exam as well.

Hello! My name is Ayana. I'm a natural information seeker and trial -n- error entrepreneur in the beginning of starting a real estate journey. I'm entering this with the idea to become financially independent and have a healthy work life balance one day. 

Originally, I'm from Phoenix but I have been Balto/ MoCo/ NW DC/ NoVa area for more than a decade.

So far, I have learned that I am great at matching sellers with buyer and vice versa. I'd like to learn the ropes and perhaps start off small and offer specialty services of research and "connecting the dots" to ideally partner on JV deals. But aside from that, I'm a creative and a natural data guru so I am really interested in all options and ideas - very excited. I think BiggerPockets is a great platform to network with others.
