@Guangli H. Thank you! That does help a lot

What if i can't find a "no assignment" term in the contract? Is it possible, or i should look harder?

Hello fellow members!

I am an absolute newbie at Real estate.

I have read and researched everything i could find about wholesaling, as this seems to be the strategy id like to use at the beginning of my real estate career.

I have a coupe prospect properties id like to visit as they seems to be great deals potentially. Although right now i feel absolutely stuck on filling out the contract issue. I have no idea where to find an information about this. All the contracts seems to be completely different. And i feel terrified about talking to the owners without knowing what to do.

Some of the properties are in pre foreclosure and i have no idea how to address them.

If you guys have any advice on how to dress this it would be highly appreciated. Mb some sources where i could read up on the subject and figure it out. Or if there anybody would like to meet up and talk that would be great as well (I'm in Monmouth county).

Thank you in advance!

Hello!

Im happy to become a part of BP community - so far tons of useful information.

Im located in Central Jersey. I am new to this and would love to network with investors, rehabbers, agents, etc.

I tried to research local REIA meet ups, but so far found only Jersey city. Since i live in Middletown Id love to see if there are any local meet ups. Any info would be appreciated.

Thank you, and advance and i look to forward to replies
