Hey, Happy 2023 to everyone reading this. Like it says in the title im completely new to wholesaling. I found out about it around two weeks ago from one of Realestateskills' videos and i haven't been able to stop trying to learn about it, and definitely DONT want to. I know its not a get rich quick scheme and It's something i want to get into to eventually become the investor and buy my own distressed properties. I've watched countless hours worth of wholesaling videos, from multiple wholesalers/investors on youtube, such as how to find comps, calculating the ARV, repairs, MAO and live calling to sellers/agents. I guess what im looking for is input from seasoned wholesalers on how I can get started with little to no money. I work in construction full time so i have enough for the EMD, but not nearly enough to personally close on a deal so my first intention would be to assign the contract and i know that's frowned upon from other wholesalers who actually have enough to close their own deals. So how can i get started?
