Found a SunTrust REO in Raleigh that interests me, but it recently went out of the MLS with no pending offers. Want to contact them directly, but their website does not help. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I did use them and it is some type of reverse process. They asked me for what level of person would qualify using an A to F scale with associated credit scores. For the full service it performed OFAC, Criminal, and Previous Address Search.

For someone in a time crunch it was ok. They could improve it by providing a 50 point range which the credit score falls into along with the pass / fail.

Sorry John and everyone else..in too much of a rush this morning.

It is e-renter not e-tenant. They provide background, credit, and NSF checks at various price points.

My primary concern is that the information provided is off of their databases which may or may not be very good.
