Hello Investors! I have an off-market offering. The property had some water damage from upstairs bathroom flooding. The Full bath, kitchen, living room and parts of dining room and master bedroom are gutted / drywall and flooring removed. The basement was previously finished with a full bath and bedroom, but has also had drywall and flooring removed. There are 2 bedrooms and a loft upstairs. Loft can easily be converted to a 3rd bedroom. This house could be a 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath after repairs and refinishing basement. Hello,  I am  new to Bigger Pockets.  I am an investor centric real estate broker covering the Chicago suburbs.  I list REO and corporate owned properties.  I currently have an off-market listing in Plainfield, IL.  I can not find on this site where to post listings.  I do have the upgraded account where I can post deals.  Could somebody tell me how to list the property on this site?  Also feel free to contact me to get on my cash buyer list for future deals.
