HI Wayne,

A turnkey investment is good for investors looking to simplify the investing process. If you are residing in San Diego or any other location, where it is not possible to buy a house, turnkey investment is a viable option for you. It doesn't require any kind of rehab work. The benefits of turnkey investment are:

Simplicity

Service at a distance

Market insight

Hi Kyle,

Finding the real estate agent in Illinois is not a difficult task. In my opinion, Real estate communities (Like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor etc.) are very helpful for finding agent in a specific area.

Thanks!!

Hi,

For a rental property, you can take a loan from online lenders. For this, search various lenders in your area, because loan costs and rates will vary from lender to lender. So, get a number of estimates and compare them to find the great deal.

Thanks!!

Hi,

Crowdfunding is not a new phenomenon and it makes big waves in the real estate industry that is beneficial for both real estate investors and real estate companies as well. There are various Crowdfunding platforms for real estate such as Realty Shares, Realty Mogul, founder, Patch of land and more, which makes real estate investment easier for investors and developers. I’m a real estate investor and I have used crowdfunding for real estate investment. As per my opinion, Crowdfunding is a perfect to invest in real estate because:-

1. You can easily access the real estate market

2. You can directly work with real estate developers

3. You have multiple options to access number of projects

Hi Daren,

As per my opinion, There is no crowdfunding platform that allows investment opportunities only for non-accredited investors. But yes, some of the crowdfunding platforms allow investment opportunities for both- accredited and non accredited investors such as SterlingFunder, Endvest.com and Crowdfund.co.

Thanks!!
