Hi everyone, I’m looking to do my taxes for 2022 and looking for a CPA that knows his craft. Especially, when it’s comes to short term rentals and can work with cost segregation study. I work in the higher tax bracket for w2 income, so someone who know how to work with the 7 material participation rules.

Hi BP!

I am looking to get into STR in the state of California, somewhere closer to Malibu. How are restrictions for Airbnb/Vrbo there? Also, anyone recommend any realtor in that area?

There are some unique tax advantages for high W-2 earners owning an STR. Its worthwhile to have a conversation with a real estate focused CPA.

Give me a time and day, and let’s talk!

Even for a high W2 earners? I had some folks tell me LLC under and S corp is better . Any thoughts on that John?

Hi BP!

Anyone a realtor or knows any good realtors that specialize with the STR market for Dallas, TX? Please do let me know.

Hi BP family!

I am looking to diversify my real estate portfolio to short term rental. Not the best at spreadsheets! Does anyone have an updated spreadsheet they use that would be beneficial and easy to use?

Would be great appreciated!
