I want to remodel all of it. There are not serious problems as far as I know. Mostly cosmetic and maybe to close a small porch and open up back the garage (a garage that was converted to a room).

Hey, I have this property under contract in Jacksonville at 32208 and I have few more days for the inspection period.

My current contractor cannot take on the job so I'm looking for another GC or any contractor that can take on the job.
