Hello,
We are looking for a general contractor that has experience in gutted renovations in Massachusetts - mainly in middlesex county area. Preferably ones that offer warranty. This will be for our primary residence/future investment. Thanks in advance.
Best,
Avishay

Hi Paul,
Sorry to get back so late - as you can imagine I rarely am on this site these days hence didn't check any messages. Nice to e-meet you - are you into remodeling/renovations?

Hello,
We recently purchased a condo in North Chelmsford, MA and are looking for a general contractor to help us redo the floors and paint. Kitchen and bathrooms are secondary priority at this moment but are open to ideas. Please send me your recommendation/referrals. Thanks in advance.

Greetings everyone!
Thank you for the warm welcome. I had some time to browse through some articles and sort of getting bit overwhelmed with various jargons and lingos used around. At the same time, little bits and pieces that I’m able to pick and understand are super exciting and motivating :) which brings me to my main questions -
1) where can I read and learn all about real estate from scratch - like super baby steps explained in super simple ways to help me get up to the speed with this community? Any links or books suggestions will be highly welcomed.
2) Also- is it worth investing in some course that will help clarify and expand on all the topics about real estate? Any specific recommendations please? I would prefer online but could also attend in person in Boston area.
3) Lastly, real estate seems to be such a huge field - how do you decide and pick which direction to go and specialize in?
Thank you so all in advance and have a great day :)
Hello everyone,
Looking forward to learning all about real estate in Boston area. Happy Holidays!!!
