Hello all! 

I live in Florida but am interested in acquiring an investment property in Tucson or Pheonix area. I am not super familiar with either so I'm seeking an expert STR investment agent who understands the in's and out's of the business and finding the deal.

I am pre-approved but my current lender doesn't cover AZ, so if you have a contact for a lender (creative is best) that would also be super helpful!

hello BP community! 

I am looking at a potential deal for a sfh in Scranton, PA that I would operate as a str. However, I am located in South FL and do not know PA or the Scranton area well. Is anyone here from PA or Scranton that would have any insight on the area? For example, is that area being growth? Potential for large appreciation in the long run?

Hello all!

I am a licensed realtor but have been spending my career in teal estate as a property manager for STR's. I currently manage friends, family's and clients homes through my management company and am finally wanting to start acquiring properties of my own to add to the portfolio.

I am also local to Miami and I manage several SFH's that operate as str's in Broward. I've been searching for a deal in Miami as I'd like to get involved in things down here. Congrats on your units. They look great!
