I want to go to one of the two boot camps either rookie to real estate or multifamily. I just don't know which one to take I'm new to investing which is telling me to go with the rookie to real estate, but I'm interested in multi-family. Has anyone taken any of these boot camps that can point me in the direction I need to go in?
