Any hard money lenders from the Greenville, SC area interested in investing in a 200k property? My client has 50k down and can provide any documentation needed. If so, what would your process be and what stipulations would you have? Let's get together for coffee and talk this deal over if you're interested.

@Mario Brown that's great! What made you get into new home construction? And are you still practicing?

Hello everybody!

It's been a while since I've been on Bigger Pockets and I'm very excited to share some great news. As most of you already know inventory is pretty low right now and March is a busy month, especially for New Home Construction. So I've been pretty occupied building my business and renting out my property. For those who don't know I am working with Mungo Homes (New Home Construction) in Greenville, SC. We are currently giving out a $5,000 BONUS for any buyers agent who helps produce a sale in 1 of our Move in Ready Homes!!! (Stafford Green Community on Roper Mountain Rd) I have attached the flyer for your reference. This information can also be found in the MLS for your reference. Don't know if there are any Local Buyers Agents on BP but if there is I would love to meet you!! Take you out for lunch, coffee and network a little bit! I will be logging on more consecutively now and I hope to hear back from some of you soon.

P.S. I also have access to all of our communities in the Greenville/Simpsonville/Fountain Inn/Spartanburg Area at much lower price points & good incentives!!

Kind Regards,

Angelo Valdovinos

Why is it a good idea to invest in real estate now considering everything that is going on around us? What can we do to ensure success if and when the market shifts?

I've also been considering to rent out a room in the single family home I currently reside in. Is this a bad idea? Any tips, ideas or suggestions? I have already made sure to read How To Rent Your House: The Definitive Step by Step Guide by Brandon Turner. It's a great resource but I might have to do things slightly different if I'm living there as well. Thanks for your feedback.

Best Regards,

Angelo Valdovinos
