Great!  Thank you for the tip!  I actually live in another county but I feel there may be more options in Chittenden county as there are more people....but TY for the tip about taxes and utilities.  My main focusis going to be wholesaling and short sales until I can afford to buy and hold.  Do you know any wholesaling buyers lists that are inexpensive?  How do I get a cash buyer for the short sale in VT?  Where to find rehabbers in VT?  Aghhhhh, so many questions..... :)

Hi all!  I am a 31 year old who has wanted to invest in Real Estate for a while and have finally decided to jump in.  I am a customer service rep and I want to create a better life for my kids.  I want to be able to pay for college for them so they can achieve whatever they can dream up!  I would really like to focus my attention on foreclosures before auction so I can feel good about helping others.  I feel like there is sooo much to learn!  I would also like to learn about wholesaling and short sales.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
